Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
I have made this a couple of times. My very very picky 9 year old loves it. He ate 2 pork chops. I usually double the sauce to pour over white rice.

Baked Ziti I
Very good. The family really enjoyed it. It kind of reminded me of lasagna, but MUCH, MUCH simpler. I would definitely make it again.

Pizza Casserole
Good recipe. I would definitely add it to the rotation. The whole family enjoyed it. We had NO leftovers.
