Antipasto Squares
I made these for dinner as a test run before I made them for a party. Everybody liked them. My husband and I thought they had a little too much cheese in them. I think maybe next time I will try them with some type of tomato sauce to dip them in or sauce in the sandwhich.

Mini Cheesecakes I
Yummy! I made these for a small get together I catered. I also made some with oreo cookie crust and chocolate chips on top. I will definitely use this again. Thanks for a quick and easy recipe.

My Amish Friend's Caramel Corn
