Beefy Tomato Pasta Soup
I'm not a big soup fan but after looking at the ingredients decided to try it out. I cooked the meat with the onion, garlic (doubled the garlic), cayenne (we like our food spicy), salt, pepper & green pepper so that the meat wouldn’t be so bland. I also added a can of tomato sauce. I left out the croutons & also found adding some parmesan cheese to your individual bowl rounds off the flavor quite nicely. This is a soup that can be eaten with or w/o the noodles. My husband has told me I need to make this at least once a week and the kids love it too! Oh, since I make a double batch, I don't cook the noodles in the soup (don't care for soggy/over done noodles).

Scrambled Eggs Done Right
I've made these twice and the first time they didn't come out as good as I had hoped. The second time I added salt and pepper while they cooked despite what the directions said. I also added some Cayanne pepper and this time they were awesome! This recipe is a keeper.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine
Can I just say YUM?! I made this last night and am thinking about making it again tonight. I did do some adjustments to make it suit my family's taste. I didn't want the chicken to be too bland so I added cayenne pepper & an italian seasoning blend while it sauted. I also reduced the milk to 1/2c and the cream to 1c due to other reviews saying it was too soupy. I think next time I will keep the milk at 3/4c and only reduce the cream to 1c as it was just a tad bit dry. I also only did 1/2 a large onion, left out the green onions and cut chicken into cubes. I'm so glad I found this recipe and plan on making it quite often!
