Barbadian Plain Cake
thanks for the recipe. easy enough to make w/ children. tastes great! versitile cake, good plain or w/ fruits or frosting. i love it! i used 2 - 9 inch cake pans baked at 350 for 45 min. and inplace of almond i used lemon. turned out nice. my hubby is from B'dos. i hope he enjoys it as much as the kids and i are.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
EVERYONE has complemented this cake so far!! It was requested 3 times for parties. FYI the cook n serve pudding mix works too. I did it on accident once but came out good and tasty as usual. Thanks again for the great recipe from me, and my friends and family!

Butter Cream Frosting II
i use the recipe ratios with butter and crisco (original), a bit more vanilla and gradually add sugar and milk alternatly. Taste and adjust according to flavor and comsistancy. I made it looser to spread on the cake and add sugar to stiffen to decorate with. Used it on a castle cake and a doll cake. Everyone was impressed with flavor and presentation. Tasty fun and versitile!
