Perfect for all sorts of pies. Pie crust is not as easy as it sounds though - if you are a novice then I recommend reading the All Recipes pie crust article. I chill everything beforehand, all the ingredients and the tools (bowl, spoon, blender) and also always use a crust shield or tin foil around the edges while baking the pie.
