This recipe is wonderful! Every time I have made these mushrooms, I get rave reviews. I've had enough requests for this recipe that I carry it with me when I serve them. They've come out perfect every time and the recipe can be altered to taste, such as omitting the green peppers if you are serving them to someone who doesn't like peppers. I do recommend adding a smidge of salt, however. One of my most-used recipes!

Oh my goodness, this was horrible. I served this at a Patriots-Giants superbowl party and got very bad reviews. I had to take it away from the table! The flavor was so strong, no matter what we paired it with, all we could taste was the cheese.

I made this recipe for brunch last Christmas, and we loved it. My then-one year old loved it, too. I used frozen hashbrowns, straight from the bag, to save on time. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing, and it came out great!
