Mexican Shepherd's Pie
This was excellent. I added kidney bean, mexicorn and sliced olives. I also put a layer of shredded cheese on before putting the cornbeard mixture on. Definitely a keeper!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
This is the best "Hot Wings" recipe!! I made the chicken wings and the next time I made it with chicken tenders. I coated, refrigerated and coated again. GREAT!! Delicious with blue cheese dressing.

Red Skinned Potato Salad
This is the best "different" potato salad I have found. My 20-year-old son makes it for all the time for his friends.
