Banana Nut Brownies
This is a great recipe. I made a few changes due to dietary needs within my family but it seems to have come out excellent. I substituted whole wheat cake a pastry flour for the all purpose flour. I used 1/2 cup organic cane sugar and 1/2 sucanat for the 1 cup of sugar. Instead of 1/2 cup melted butter I used a jar of baby prunes. I couldn't add the nuts as my husband is allergic :( but I'm sure they would taste wonderful! I had to bake them an extra 10 mins, probably due to all the changes I made. Nice texture, fairly healthy treat. Thanks for the recipe.
