This one is a great "starter" recipe. I made it for 15+ people and tripled the recipe. I added finely chopped onion, nutmeg and garlic o the cheese sauce, and layered the sauce and the potatoes. It needed a lot more salt than I anticipated. Note to sefl-more salt next time. I baked for 45 with foil on top, and then 25 more to brown without the foil, worked like a charm!
