Sweet-and-Sour Skewered Shrimp
This was FANTASTIC! I only made a few minor, minor changes. I made two batches of the sauce instead of one. I used one batch entirely for marinating. I used the second batch for basting. Also, instead of marinating for 30 minutes, I marinated the shrimp for 4 hours. The shrimp were awesome!

Barbeque Potato Salad
I made this for a BBQ and everyone loved it! I left out the onions and only used half the eggs the recipe called for. The barbeque sauce gives it a unique flavor.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
This recipe is great. I made a few changes - I used yellow peppers instead of green. I found it was easier to cook the rice separately and then add it to the beef mixture after it was fully cooked. I used extra Worcestershire sauce and added minced garlic to the beef mixture. Excellent stuff!
