Marinated Baked Pork Chops
My husband is picky and we BOTH loved it! I quadrupled the sauce recipe and served over jasmine rice with a really good fresh green bean recipe. We used half of the sauce while baking, and the other half to pour over the porkchops/rice. It had almost a chinese food kind of feel to it. Very Good!!

Grilled Lemon Chicken
YUM!!! You MUST try this one. Very easy to make. I will most certainly continue making this one. I recommend serving with garlic asparagus with lime. I think next time I might add more dijon mustard. Didn't really taste it a whole lot.

Summer Vegetable Salad
I loved it!!! I am new to the kitchen and I have always wanted to make this! I used olive oil instead of the veggie oil and it was great.
