Tasty Buckwheat Pancakes
This recipe is so very close to my dad's recipe, I had to try it. They're great! Delicious, nutty flavour with a bit of a crunch... much better than boring old buttermilk pancakes!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes
These are excellent. I pre-portion the dry ingredients before I go camping, and then add the wet ingredients as needed to make fresh pancakes at the campsite.
