Very good dough! The first time I followed the recipe exactly and it was very good but kind of soggy in the center. Now I bake it for 10 minutes first then add the toppings and bake until its done and it's perfect.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Asian Orange Chicken

Moroccan Grilled Chicken

This recipe is a favorite in my house. I make it at least once a week. We're not on the South Beach diet so I make it with couscous, homemade flat breads and tzajiki sauce. Definitely good!

Herbed Pork and Apples

Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp

This recipe was a bit of an ordeal to make. It was messy and difficult to get the coconut to stick. Definitely make the shrimp just the barest light brown before putting in the oven or the shrimp will be tough. As far as the sauce, I didn't have the correct mustard so I used stone ground mustard and it was delicious...very zippy! My family loved this recipe.

Simple Caesar Salad Dressing

This recipe definitely needed a fat component. I added mayonaise and a bit of olive oil and salt and it became more creamy, but not what I think of when I think of "Caesar" dressing.
