Spanish Rice I
This was excellant! I follwed the recipe exact, only using fire roasted can tomatoes. I would not change a thing...delicious, healthy and a great side for Mexican steak or Chicken!

Steak and Spinach Salad
Excellant! I use a more tender cut of steak and you can change it up if you want. My 14 yr old son loves it!!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Very good...I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs. I left out the Italian dressing, used the worsh sauce and added a little honey. B.B.Q sauce was Sweet Baby Rays. Also added a couple onione slices....shredded for sandwiches. Very Good!!!
