Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cake II

I should probably delete this from my recipe box it was THAT GOOD! Everyone in my family loved it. I followed others advice, (no oil with the PB and to add the eggs with the dry stuff so they would'nt cook) I will definitley make this again and again.

Thai Cashew Chicken

This was very easy to make and quite tasty... very filling and the sauce was perfect. Not too thick or too runny. I marinated the poulet for about 4 hours and doubled the garlic... did not have gingeroot nor did my grocery store so I used the pureed stuff.. I will make this again for sure.

Cajun Pasta Fresca

This is such a great recipe! I followed others advice and used penne instead of vermicelli... I upped the garlic to 2TB cause I loooove garlic and bbq'd some chicken breasts seasoned with the cajun spices... chopped it up and threw in with the pasta at the end.. Yummmmeee.
