Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins
Great recipe I used pumpkin pie filling instead of purée and it was fantastic. I did cut down on the sugar a bit to compinsate. Made baby muffins too and cooked for about fifteen min.

Broccoli Salad
Great recipe! I didn't have any cheese (well, just mozza, but I didn't think it would have a strong enough flavor to hold up to the salad) and it was still wonderful without. I bought a bag of real bacon bits to keep in the fridge for this recipe. A+!

Funnel Cakes III
So good! So easy! I wish I never found this recipe. I haven't deep fried anything in my kitchen for YEARS and now I want to make this 2 nights in a row. Uh oh!
