Plum Blueberry Upside Down Cake
change to 9 servings to fit my 7" tin. used mix of applesauce and butter for the cake. halfed the sugar. delicious when freshly baked.

Lazy Daisy Cake
nice nice. very light! just not too use the thick glass dish. halfed the recipe and baked in loaf pan.
