Polish Sausage with Red Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2006
This was a very good dish. I skipped the first step like some of the reviewers suggested and it turned out fine. I didn't use the red cabbage I used the regular green kind and it was still good. Thank you.

Juicy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
I made this for my husbands birthday. I used regular garlic instead of the jarred kind. I ran out of soy sauce so I combined it with worchestershire sauce. Still very good. Next time I'll use just the soy sauce. Thanks!

Ice Cream Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
I made this cake for my husbands birthday. I tried to use my new cake decorating skills and I think for the first try it turned out pretty good. I did have to put the cake in the freezer a few times to harden it during the process, but still very fun to make and my husband loved it. Thank you!

Down-South Style Green Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2005
This was pretty darn good. I didn't make it exactly like the original. I had some beef broth that I wanted to use up so I used it instead of the water. and I cooked bacon in the skillet along with some onions and garlic and added that, the grease and all to the crockpot. it was still very good. Thank you!

Garlic Salmon

This was great and so easy. I didn't have any dill so I used fresh tarragon and it was still very good. The best part was that cooking it in the foil pouch made for easy clean up. Thank you for sharing.

Sweet and Crunchy Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2005
Very yummy! I didn't have the cashews so I used the toasted almonds. I also had a head of cabbage I wanted to use up so I shredded cabbage and carrots in the food processor instead of using the coleslaw mix. This recipe was great. We mill make this again for sure. Thank you!

Basic Pasta

Not bad. I used a food processor to mix it up (using the least amount of water possible and checking it often to avoid stickiness) then I used the pasta roller on the KitchenAid. Good recipe. Thank you for sharing.
