Mine stuck to a metal steamer. should sprayed with oil first. I pan fried the leftovers in a little oil. quite lovely.

I don't know, these guys where DENSE like lead, I added water to thin the batter but they were not light and fluffy. Maybe I over mixed, maybe the proportions are off. I also replaced the melted butter with a couple Tbs of sour creme but I don't think that would account for the black hole density these guys had.

Cucumbers And Egg Salad

O.K. so I didn't have cukes on hand but I love the idea of pickle in it. I did however only use one pickle as methinks equal pickles to eggs ratio is a bit excessive. Also added a little salt. i'll try it again when I have cukes on hand. But quite delishous!!!

Anchovy Linguine

Let me say that this is an excellant classic sauce. It can hold as much garlic as you can, I also add red pepper flake which is more traditional. On a low carb diet? Try it out on butterflied grilled chicken breasts or fish. Insanely good and you come off looking like a gourmet
