Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
I fallowed the recipe and they are great! Best pumpkin seeds I have had. I did not set them out to dry over night. I put them in right after carving and they are great right out of the oven.

Zucchini Brownies
very good! next time I am going to try splenda blend and applesauce. I left out the nut ( my 3 year old did not want them in) but kept everything else the same. yum yum Lisa
