Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie
I absolutely loved the taste of the filling. I used 1 can of coconut milk plus enough half and half to equal 3 cups. I was disappointed when after it was in the refrigerator for 24 hours that it is still runny. Next time I'll try using only cornstarch.
