Cranberry Applesauce Muffins
These came out perfect for me. Very delicious. I followed the advice of others and used 1 1/4 c. applesauce but used the full 1/3 c. oil. I also added 1/2 c. finely chopped dried cranberries instead of fresh. (Since I don't care for the texture of nuts in my muffins but like the flavor of the nuts I also added 1/4 very finely ground walnuts.)

Sloppy Joe Sandwiches
Forget Manwich...these are the best! Followed recipe exact except for adding 1/2 small minced onion to the meat after it had browned. Very good, very easy! Easier than opening a can of manwich sauce.

Simple Scones
Very delicious Recipe. My husband loved them! I was always afraid to try a scone recipe but this was so easy. Followed recipe exactly and flavored them with 2 t. orange zest and 1-2 t. orange juice. Brushed the tops with egg wash and sprinkled with sugar. Will try this recipe with other flavors. I bet the sky is the limit with what youcan flavor with. Using the food processor is a good idea BUT only if your processor can accomodate the amount of indgredients. Parchement paper is recommended!!
