Stuffed Shells I
Very, very good. I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese, and cut the filling recipe in half. I ended up using about 21 shells, and half of the recipe filled them all perfectly, with none left over. I also used homemade sauce that I make in large batches and keep in the freezer.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Fantastic recipe. For the season salt, I use a spicy variety, and it gives a nice, subtle kick. So good!

Pasta Pomodoro
I've been using this recipe for a while now, and it's one of my favorites ever. Thought it was about time I gave credit to the submitter. We add chicken to the recipe as suggested. This is a perfect recipe - I don't change a thing. Thank you!
