Nicoise-Style Tuna Salad With White Beans & Olives
I found the recipe and tried it because my husband dislikes mayo. It is the only way I make tuna now. It is fabulous as written, but I have also added feta cheese sprinkles, which tastes great. I just mix in the green beans now. Sometimes I skip the eggs. I recommend it enthusiastically!

Playgroup Granola Bars
I'm trying out many of the granola bar recipes here, and this was not the best. They were way too sweet (and I love sweet). My 2 year old likes them, but that is pretty much it. Our family liked the "gobble up granola snacks" from this site much better.

Rice with Goodies
I thought this was good, but a little on the salty side. I can imagine that the same ingredients (minus the soy sauce) would be very good with some sort of curry flavoring.
