Fluffy Pancakes
I finally found the recipe to pancakes made from scratch!!! This is a perfect basic recipe for pancakes. You can add a little more milk or not depending on your taste. If you prefer drier pancakes, use the recipe the way it is(or reduce the milk if you'd like); if you prefer pancakes a little more moist, add about 1/8 a cup more milk or however you'd like depending on what you prefer. I make mines WITHOUT butter (which means no fat for me to worry about), and it turns out great! I also often add a half teaspoon or so of vanilla for extra flavor. You can add any type of flavoring extract you prefer. This recipe will stay in my cookbook forever.
