Marshmallow Fondant
Tasted great and for it worked well. I think I prefer to roll it out on butter (instead of c.sugar) as it gives the fondant a lovely polished sheen. I also noticed that if you add color towards the end, using some butter when you knead the color in helps avoid a marbled look and gives a smooth spread of the color. I've tried to use this fondant to make figurines with no luck :( It's way too soft and doesn't hold the shape :(
