I live in Mukilteo, Washington with my daughter and my best friend. My daughter is a little picky but I never let that stop me. It only makes me work harder to make something she likes. I work full time and like to make a home cooked meal every night. Eating out is something I also like, but not everyday. I love sushi and all Asian foods, a good Italian antipasto (very difficult to find), not into sweets, but love to make them for others, any Mediteranian foods,not much I don't like. I'll try just about anything. Most of my cooking is done by feel, therefore, not a whole lot of recipes in my own personal book, so I've been making an effort to sit and write them down shortly after eating. I like grilling and barbecue, cooking Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Baking, Stir Frying, Slow Cooking, Middle Eastern, Healthy, Quick & Easy, Gourmet. I like any kind of food and will try cooking anything. Can't say I like any specific cooking style or ethnic origin. I'm a Foodie...
