I am a wife, and a mother of four. I can be found in my kitchen at most times during the day. I love to cook, and hate baking, measuring is not for me. Comfort food, and Italian. You will not find a meal on my table without onion or garlic. My Grandma makes great cucumber salad, and lots traditional food. I love making Kraut Streudles with my Dad at Christmas, and Meat Pies with my Grandma on New Years Eve. Mastering Gravy!!! And Roux it's so easy to burn. Oh there have been many!! soggy french toast to burned anything!! Don't get me started on the story of my first Thanksgiving turkey.
