Followed the recipe, except I halved it. I used my mini muffin tin, Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, and Cheese hot dogs in 1/8 slices. This was pretty good! Perfect mini corn dogs!

I must have used the wrong bowl because even with the round cake on the bottom layer, my barbie was still too tall. And I will definitely use more of a decorator's frosting next time. I tried to make the dress shiny by using sort of a meringue-egg whites frosting but it was too sticky. My niece (and sister) absolutely loved it though.

This was a bit oily and "too herby" for my taste. It was very very tender, pulled right off the bone. Next time I think I'll experiment with the spices a bit to get the taste I like.
