Something sweet... with chocolate... that i probably dont need! ;)
My cooking tragedies
hmm.. there have been a few! I made a "hot fudge cake" the recipe was my grandmas... i was so excited about this cake and waited patiently for it to be done.. then, when taking it out of the oven... it slid.. off the rack into the back of the oven. ugg! no more hot fudge cake! just messy oven and 2nd degree burn! ha

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting
This "frosting" is definatly yummy! I had to make some adjustments though... due to what i had on hand in the kitchen! For the chocolate i used 7 or 8 Dove Simply Smooth Dark Chocolate peices...THEN it was a little too thick ( i did add the water) SO.. hubby suggested adding peanut butter... 2 tablespoons...so now it is.. chocolate/peanut butter "frosting" havnt frosted cake (easy betty crocker "busy day" cake) we'll see how it turns out!

Easy Microwave Chocolate Cake
i have tried 2 variations of this recipe in the last... less than 24 hours ;) ... i had a hard night at work last night! The chocolate flavor is there.. BUT the texture is not... mine have just come out a gummy-rubbery mess. NOT the chocolatly goodness you get from a bake in the oven cake or brownine. Good luck! ps. the first recipe was one i got in an email... minus the butter and baking soda
