Salami, Cream Cheese, and Pepperoncini Roll-Ups
Yum + Me! These may not make it to the party. One tip: My salami was sliced a little too thin so that when I spread the creaam cheese on it, it would rip up. Too prevent this, I just cut open the peppers and stuffed them with cream cheese, then rolled it up with the salami. This also gives you the chance to seed the peppers, if you want, and kept the presentation a little cleaner.

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
I'm giving this 4 stars because I HATE beets. But, this is edible. The greens are pungent (like mustard greens almost) but together they aren't bad, especially with butter.

Caramel Bread Pudding
Mine was a little runny. It did have a good flavor, similar to a cinnamon roll but not my favorite bread pudding recipe. The pineapple bread pudding recipe on this site is still my favorite.
