Chicken Tortilla Soup I
Fantastic! Changes I made: I had leftover smoked chicken, so I used that. Then to make it easier I used stewed mexican style tomatoes and did not use the green chilies, onion or garlic...turned out great!

Baked Potato Skins
I have made this several times, comes out slightly crispy with a bit of a kick from the paprika and garlic!

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer
Not good. Too much cream cheese. I have a similar recipe that uses Brie and pesto instead of cream cheese and dill. Give it a try.
