I have always loved to cook, but since I got married I have really had the chance to explore and try more new things. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. I am definitely still a beginner but I think I am getting better. Desserts, soups, stews. My MawMaw's wonderful lemon meringue pie. It is awesome. I recently made a cute caterpillar shaped cake for my cousin's birthday. It turned out tasty and really cute. Once I tried to make an angel food cake from scratch. I don't know what I did, but it turned out horribly. It wasn't sweet and it had little flour bits all through it. It had to be thrown out.
