Egg Casserole
I followed Tonysgirl's modifications and used turkey kielbasa. I also put it into 2 glass pie dishes. It was great! I made it simple and my kids liked it with syrup, but my husband liked it with ketchup. EVERYONE enjoyed it!

Pressure-Cooked Beef Stew
I'm fairly new to the pressure cooker and this recipe was easy, but long. You have to account for the time to heat up to pressure. Also, I will leave out the bay leaves next time. Even my kids cleaned their plates and raved about the veggies.

No Time to Cook Chicken
I really enjoyed this. I used 4-5 frozen chicken breasts, garlic salt, italian seasoning, 1/2 can milk, and added more sour cream. Served over noodles or rice.
