Carrot Cake
This recipe was a standard Carrot Cake Recipe. I added one extra teaspoon Cinammon and a teaspoon nutmeg to give it more spice. The only Thing is I think it wasn't "Carroty" enough. Maybe some Carrot Baby food would give it that extra oomph, like other recipes have you do. All in all though not a bad recipe.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
Very good cookies made them exactly as the recipe demands. The Dough wasn't runny at all, it may be because I sifted the flour or because I added extra crunchy peanut butter. They stay soft and ofcourse have a great peanut butter taste. The pictures don't do these cookies justice. I also thought of making ice cream sandwiches from these cookies just put icecream in the middle and drizzle with chocolate that hardens on the outside.
