Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These taste delicious, they're very soft and cake like. I made a royal icing and colored it orange for some and left some white, very popular at the Halloween and Thanksgiving get togethers.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
Fantastic, I cut the jalapenos in half and seed them, boil them for about 5 minutes, pat dry with a paper towel and stuff, I add some diced garlic to the cheese, soooooo good. Even the kids love tham!
