Big Soft Ginger Cookies
They were a huge hit at work when I brought them in for my staff room duty. I didn't care for them much myself because I found them a bit heavy on the ginger. As well as my second batch never cooked properly. They were uncooked in the middle and regardless as to how much more time I gave them they refused to cook. I may try again but definitely not going to be the first recipe I grab when I'm making cookies.
