Clone of a Cinnabon
about 10 minutes out of the oven, 4 rolls are gone!it's fantastic!i did some changes (probably, you can try it too!)...a)i put in 2 types of flour.4 cups of bread flour,1/2 cup of all purpose flour.b)i mixed the yeast (i put in 1 tsp only) with an extra 1/4 cup of warm milk and let it rise for abt 30 minutes.c)reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup.d)added 1 tbspn of bread/dough softener.e)mix some raisins and pecans with the brown sugar.TIPS:i sprinkle/spray a bit of water before putting the rolls in the oven so that the top wont be dry n hard.i had an extra rolls that can't be fit in the baking pan.so i put them in the muffin tray.and it looks cool!spiral on top but muffin-shaped below!i'll definitely bake more cinnamon rolls!!

after viewing more than thousand reviews i decided to try this recipe.. it's amazingly easy to make.the muffin turn out to be moist n fluffy.but i did some changes.i cut down the flour to 1 cup, sugar to 1/2 cup n added 1 tsp of cinnamon.i followed other viewers by subst the butter to 1/3 cup of oil.i shall add more bananas as it does not taste `banana-ish`.probably, u can add banana essense n more bananas!good basic banana muffin recipe..
