Chocolate Banana Cream Pie
Very good and easy to make! I used a graham cracker crust and whipped up some heavy cream for the topping. I made it the night before and added the whipped topping right before serving.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake
VERY GOOD! It was a hit at christmas eve dinner. You can make this a day or two ahead. When I removed the cake from the pan, i poked holes in it, poured some glaze in the bottom of the pan, and brushed a bit of glazed onto cake, then put it back into the pan.

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake
very good and easy to make. i added a teaspoon of almond extract to the batter and it tasted great. also, i cut sugar down to 2 1/2 cups, as suggested in other reviews.
