Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
We've made this a few times now. It's really good! We usually use it with a type of noodle, like Macaroni.

Chicken and Tomato Scampi
We make this usually about once a month at our house - or rather, I usually make it. lol. It's one of my favourites, although I still have some trouble getting it to turn out right. We messed with the recipe though - we usually eat it with spaghetti, instead of rice. It's good either way, really.
