Smothered Filet Mignon
Oh my gosh! Literally we JUST finished eating this for dinner not even 2 mins ago and it was SO delicious, tender, and flavorful that I had to write a review right now. The flavors are WONDERFUL and the meat so tender! I can't cook a filet to save my life but these came out to an excellent tenderness. I used filet mignon and pork filets and they both worked wonderfully. My husband said "These are so good I could have these again tomorrow." I laughed but he looked at me and said "Seriously!".

Cola Pot Roast II
Unfortunately, I thought this recipe was just OK. I have made better pot roasts just throwing something together. The meat was bland and we couldn't taste the gravy at all. It was tender though. The vegetables were also good. The only thing I did different was to cook it in my roaster like I usually cook my other roasts. I tend to give recipes at least 2 tries so I will try this one again in the oven and see if that makes a difference.

Belle's Baked Beans
Very good! Has a nice taste. I omitted the sausage and still really enjoyed this dish. Will definitely make this again.
