Wow. Chewy and delicious. I subbed white chocolate chips and cranberries for the raisins - everything else the same. Definitely a keeper recipe!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I haven't eaten a lot of Alfredo sauces to know how well this one compares, but my husband says it's really, really good. Very easy to make, too. Thickens as it cools. I used the 1/3 reduced fat cream cheese, fresh garlic, and skim milk.

Way too much cinnamon. In fact, if I make this dish again, I would probably leave it out completely. Pretty spicy. Also good leftover.

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

These have become my new go-to oatmeal cookies! I did use 1/2 margarine/butter and 1/2 shortening, added some cinnamon, and included 1 tsp. vanilla. I also used white chocolate chips. I baked them at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Incredible!
