Scotch Eggs
This was a creative and tasty recipe. I made it without the egg in the center and served with spaghetti sauce. It was a hit!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant
This was my first time ever making fondant, and it came out very well. The recipe was easy to follow and tasted great as well. I also added some food coloring and it worked like a charm. Very Easy!!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies
The cookies were moist ans soft as promised. I made a large batch and froze individual serving sizes of cookie dough. They reheat very well. Just a little too much cinnamon.
