Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
Very good! I halved the butter and added chicken broth to moisten it up. I used a bit of regular milk and added flour to the sauce to thicken it up.

Microwaved Potatoes Lyonnaise
I was totally supprised that the microwave could make an onion and potato dish so wonderful. I think I am addicted!

BBQ Steak
This is totally awsome! We have used T-bones, Venison, Rib Eyes, you name it, every time it turns out wonderful. You will not need steak sauce of any kind. I like to make it for company and the steak comes up several times in the conversation.
