I like to remain humble, and am a very warm person. I have a bit of a dark sense of humor, but hate it when people are offended by it.I love to impress people with my cooking. I love hot food! Right now I am cold smoking Pork ribs, Turkeys, and Brisketts. I do lots of lo mein dishes. I love anything stuffed in a jalapeno, and grilled. My father is French, so butter and wine and everything from there. They made a clove potato turkey dressing with hamburger that was to die for. Yum! Getting the New Braunsfel Smoker. I was skeptical of cold smoking a whole turkey. Now that I have smoked hunderds of them it has gone away. short story: One year I smoked 20 turkeys for friends that ordered them before Thanksgiving even arrived. I'm trying to remain humble here... Getting an emergency call in the middle of a quick dish will do it. Usually I'm slow cooking anyway, so that has saved me lots of times.
