Lentil Soup

Excellent! I added a small tomato paste to it and it was delicious. I don't know whether it needed it or not. It probably did not make much difference.

Graham Crackers

Excellent recipe! We enjoyed them very much. It did seem that we cooked them longer than expected.

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

Great cookies and they look fabulous also. We used butter instead of shortening and added a few chocolate chips. Great cookies!
