Cinnamon Belgian Waffles
I was very disappointed when I made this recipe. It is very egg-y in flavor. It also didn't crisp up even on the highest setting of the waffle maker. I'd use only 1 egg and use more flour if I were to try this again, but I think I'll just keep hunting for a great recipe instead.

Pumpkin Bread V
Great bread, though I added some more spices and another half cup of pumpkin. Husband's workmates loved it.

Graham Cracker Crust
I live in Britain and "graham crackers" don't exist here, so instead I used crushed digestive biscuits for this recipe and it turned out wonderful!!!!! It was such a hit with the pumpkin cheesecake I made. Yummy!
