Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise
I'll use one or two whole eggs instead of just the yolks when I make them again. Tasty. I agree the fish flavor is a bit strong though. I might use a higher ratio of cous cous to salmon when I make them again.

Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil
This is delicious! My husband claims to not like fish but he loved this. I think I cooked a minute or two too long, be careful because it dries out when overcooked. We'll definately eat this again!
