The sauce was good even though I did some tweeking (no mushrooms and instead of sherry i used white wine). The chicken turned out tough I will not cook on the pan the next time or next time i will only cook for 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes. Served with egg noodles. My ten year old loved it my husband loved it also except for the tough chicken.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

My husband loved it (he asked for seconds) and my son thought it was good also. I served with alfredo sauce and spaghetti noodles.

French Egg and Bacon Sandwich

this was good I followed the recipe, but next time I think I will make it more like French toast and had cinnamon and maybe for powdered sugar. My husband said I should use one slice of bread the next time and layer everything on top

White Chocolate Blondies

I think these should be called white chocolate brownies, blondies are made with brown sugar right and dont require chocolate in the mix. These were awesome! My family loved them they gave it 4 stars but I get the final say and I give it 5 stars. I will definately make these again.

Buttery Herb Wine Sauce

I omitted the mushrooms, I may try with mushrooms the next time I make this. My son gave this recipe a 3 and my husband gave this recipe a 4. I give it a 4 also this sauce had a good taste to it. Made it with sauted chicken breast, vermicelli, and brocolli.

Ramen Cabbage Salad

Had this a couple years ago and was pretty skeptical about trying it. But I am glad I did. This is really good. Made it for my family and they were skeptical also, but once they tasted it they liked it also.

Spanish Rice Chicken I

Mexican Corn on the Cob (Elote)

EXCELLENT!!!These were sooooo good. The entire family loved it. I did make changes. I did not use the grill. I baked in a covered dish for 25 minute on 350. mixed the mayo and butter together and spread on corn right after it came out of the oven. then sprinkled parmesean cheese (could not find cotija. I will definately make this again.

Comforting Cube Steaks

Even though I made some changes it still turned out good. I did not use the cajun seasoning and instead of soda I used water. I also pan fried my steak and mixed all the ingredients together in a bowl and poured the mixture over the steak while they were cooking on the stove. Yummy i will do this again.

Mexican Lasagna Chip Dip

I dont like beans so I left out the beans and I am not a fan of spicy food so I left out the peppers also. This was still good, the entire family loved it.

Pizza Dip

I don't like tweeking recipes but I did on this one and it turn out really good. I added italian seasoning, garlic powder, and about 3 ozs of sour cream to the cream cheese and mixed it and followed the recipe to the "T" for the rest of it. Excellent!!! Will make again but I will double.
