I tried this recipe for the first time the night before a baking contest at work. Cookies stayed moist, but unfortunately had almost no taste except for the chocolate chips. Next time I will stick to my no-fail chocolate chip cookie recipe and add coconut, like some other reviewers said.

I usually search for recipes with the most ratings (tried and true), so I had to try this one. It was awesome! I actually only baked half, then scooped the other half onto a cookie sheet and stuck it in the freezer for a couple of hours. Then tossed the frozen cookie balls into a ziploc baggie for next time. I did double the vanilla extract. Great recipe! UPDATE: Just wanted to say again how awesome these cookies are. I've made them over and over. People always ask for the recipe!

This is so simple to make, I usually keep the ingredients on hand. Kids and adults both love this dessert, and people are disappointed when I don't make it!
