Pecan Pie Surprise Bars
I love these bars. So simple (Cake mixes are wonderful shortcuts!) and delicious. I couldn't believe my taste buds when I ate these. Just like pecan pie. If you like pecan pie you will like these as well.

Burrito Pie
I made this for dinner tonight. It was very easy to make. I would have given this 5 stars except I felt something was missing for my taste. I would make this again. It would be a good casserole for a potluck.

Pecan Pie Muffins
I love these! I picked up this recipe from somewhere else. I made 12 large muffins and cooked them for 15-20 minutes. I make pecan bars with a cake mix but these are much easier and faster when you want to get a pecan pie fix!
